Massive debt moves the world…

The story repeats itself, always in a different way… but it is the same story…

Marcelo Marini, typing today from the home office.

Silly question… why do some trendy entrepreneurs say they want to change the world? The fake news media tells us that they want to change the world… we question it…

Banks say their IPOs and stocks are a great way to profit. Do they really mean… you? or them?

Why do they want to change the world? Why do the fake money news media tell us this? Why it’s a good thing to invest in stocks and IPOs?

A system glitch?

The story repeats itself, always in a different way… but it is the same story…

Massive debt… So they need to find a way to escape it… Do we think it’s wise? We have some doubts…

But sooner or later, their heroes – news investors – will want to buy their IPOs… that pushes them finally to live their egoic dreams and the financial system to continue being a flaw… they actually profit from it…

Generally speaking, it’s a great business to be a business owner! Family business, small, medium… big… having no one to report…sticking it with the family…growing kids…people…helping the community. But we doubt it’s the same as buying stocks… pieces of companies…fragments…sometimes no right to vote…or visit… sound strange not?

Ok, you don’t have the downside of being in business and dealing with people, tax, ads, debt, lawyers, and the whole system… so no learning… On the other hand, the investors pay a higher sum to be just a stockholder…

Some entrepreneurs sell their shares when they need money to pay their expenses or when the valuation they have reached the sky… so they have no greater upside potential – in the real world. So typically, when companies do an IPO, generally, it’s because they have reached their potential… their private investors want to profit…they need more money, sometimes to pay for the founder’s wants and needs.

That ends up paying banks, lawyers, and advisors a huge sum… paid by their IPO… And by a magic valuation act… soon the same company may have a much-overpriced valuation in the public markets… do the math…

Buy stocks may be a good thing… but at what price? We have some dots we need to close…

…Massive debt is something that really moves the world… the credit system…nobody questions it…

See you next.
