We guarantee:
- Our services will work as described.
- Our services will include all of the features described in your offer.
Refunds will not be considered under any of the following:
- You’ve changed your mind.
- You’ve decided the purchased product is “not what I need.”
- You don’t have the time to implement the product.
- You’ve found a different solution.
- Product purchase error, if you have not contacted our Help Center.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion.
By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

- If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer have access to our services, updates, or support.
- Any disputes open with payment processors with or without prior contact with our support will result in resolving those disputes via their respective channels. At the same time, the account on Factual associated with the disputed charges will be terminated.
- All processed refunds result in a disability. To be able to activate your services, you need to renew it.

- Any purchases are bound to the purchase account and are non-transferable under any circumstances.
