What would you do if you were the CEO/Director of a business, above the 1 million mark… let’s say between 1 million and 10 million… Wait… think as yourself…?
What would you do daily to be that director or self-made entrepreneur?
Now suppose you are running a company between the 10 million and 50 million mark…
What would you do? the answer is completely different, although most business CEOs get it wrong.
Why?
Behaviours…
You know… few CEOs, managers, and entrepreneurs change their habits during their careers…
This is one of the reasons many businesses close and people get laid off.
People don’t like changing behaviors.
- A company that is in the 1 million mark has its rhythm…
- The same company, but, at the 10 million mark has its own…
- The same company below or above the 50 million mark has its own new rhythm… behavior…
Let’s take people as an example… if you are earning 40k/year you behave in a certain way… the odds are that if you want to be among people who earn 400k/year or even more you will need a new set of habits, a new mind, a new paradigm, a new way to behave.
