The Best Day of Your Life!

What do you get out of life?

Stress? Anxiety?

What are you supposed to get out of life?

I’m constantly learning and improving myself. My daily activities are meant to live a happier life, improve myself and enjoy each day.

From morning to night, I have many activities I like to do.

That’s how I accomplish new things and keep moving forward in life.

Resignation is a word that doesn’t fit in my DNA.

I’m compelled to find ways of making things easier and happier for me and those around me.

It regards a ton of energy to transform things without resignation.

That’s why we need to develop a daily routine that gets us full of energy and determination.

I’ve been following this daily routine for more than five years. It’s amazing! (If you are a member, you can access it immediately).

Today I will share four questions that I think you can ask yourself.

Here are the four questions that will develop in you your true potential.

1- What kind of activities does my perfect day have?

Think about it and try to bullet the main activities that will make your day perfect!

2- What kind of music does your perfect day should have?

Write down music, artists, and playlists that should play on your most perfect day ever.

3- What kind of food does your perfect day have?

Be thoughtful about it, because you are supposed to live a very long life, so I guess your choices should not just make one day feel better but each next day of your life.

If you overstimulate your organs and senses with too much food, your next day won’t be as good as it should be in your ideal life!

4- How is your perfect day?

Use pen and paper to describe precisely how your best day should be.

After describing by hand notes, I like to use bullet points to help me get specific in what I need to have in my days to score A Perfect Day!

Then, bring what’s on paper to reality and start the day living your perfect day.

Remember: If it’s up to be. It’s up to me.

Now it’s your time.

Regards.
